About The Event
Do you have questions about the new Long term Care Employer Requirements? Join us for a Lunch and Learn at the Chapter Office - November 10th, 2021 from 11:30am-1:30pm in which Darren Feider, shareholder with Law firm Sebris Busto James, will walk you through those requirements and how Covid is impacting other programs:
- WA State Long Term Care: Discussion of the new law, what Employers need to do and what records will need to be retained.
- COVID Effects: How has COVID and new Legislation affected FMLA, ADA, Workers Comp, and Safe and Sick Leave.
In the final 30 minutes, Darren will open the room for questions.
