STAFF CONSULTING SERVICES
If a NECA member needs assistance or information, their first phone call should be to their Chapter office. The Southwest Washington's Chapter's staff is available to provide information and advice on a broad range of subjects to members, without charge. NECA's business is service. Specialized and confidential help in many areas, such as general management practices, financial planning, overhead recovery, organizational structure, estimating, manpower planning and control, jobsite supervision, and other subjects can be arranged with professional consultants on a fee basis.

SERVICES FREE TO LOCAL MEMBERS
From our Drug Free Workplace Program to Providing Full Assistance with all of your Firm's Unemployment Claims, the Chapter offers multiple Free Services for our Members. The Southwest Washington Chapter also works with IBEW Local 76 to offer Safety Equipment and Took Kit Replacements when tools are stolen from the Jobsites for our Local Contractors.

MANAGEMENT EDUCATION
NECA Provides Seminars using the very best trainers and instructors nationally, costing thousands of dollars each year, are provided free of charge for permanent members.We use nationally known speakers on subjects like "Hiring Good People", Negotiating Power”, and
"Improving Field Productivity", NECA seminars present timely advice on project management issues and solutions for you and your supervisors. Placing at your fingertips, an extensive inventory of technical and broad-based management information.

NETWORK WITH YOUR PEERS IN THE INDUSTRY
The Southwest Washington Chapter hosts meetings of many types for its members. To establish and maintain relationships between members, the Chapter holds General Membership Meetings and an annual Christmas Party with hosted cocktails and dinner, and a short program - usually featuring a special guest speaker on a variety of topics, both entertaining and instructive. The Chapter also hosts the Spring Planning Session, a weekend together for members and their families, held at a different resort location each year.
