Klaas A. DeBoer -
Klaas’ management of
the SW WA Chapter office varies from advising contractors on daily
issues to overseeing all of the diverse functions of a local NECA
Office. He also directs Labor Relations & Contract Negotiations
between the Southwest Washington Chapter NECA and IBEW Local 76.
Klaas serves on various trusts and committees such as the Pacific
Coast Pension Trust, Local Health & Welfare Trust, and the Local
Retirement Trust. Klaas also co-chairs the LMCC (Labor Management
Cooperation Committee), and serves on the JATC (Joint Apprenticeship
Training Committee).
Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant
Diann Pellessier - whose varied responsibilities include
maintenance of several Trust Funds records requirements, fringe
benefits collections and distribution.

Nicole Hite - facilitator for IBEW 76 market recovery JOBS
Program as well as performing various office assistant functions.
